Laughing Break the Ice

I am a very shy person and I found new people to talk is one of the most stressful things I can do. I found that if I can laugh at everything becomes easier. I do not explicitly specify laid, but I try to have memorized a joke. I will try for a news outlet. It works in the conversation a little 'more natural, if you can start talking about the news and then a joke.
